"The Lumi Kindness" Project"™ was created as a place where kind and wonderful supporters of the Reiki and Healing arts, could come enjoy and experience the wonderful benefits of this amazing and deeply relaxing modality. 

I created “Wellness Wednesdays” as a way for people to stay connected during these times of social distancing and allow Lumière Reiki & Wellness to gift back to those who have been such great supporters of our healing works.

The very first “Lumi - Wellness Wednesday” distant reiki wellness session was created and introduced on March 18th, 2020.  Right after I was told that the company, I had worked for the past five years, would no longer be continuing their direct marketing & education program due to covid., and as a double blow at the same time, that meant that I would no longer be able to do any more in-person Reiki sessions as well. 

So, I put my Reiki studio on hold and decided to gift my reiki, during pandemic, through weekly distance reiki sessions and call it "Lumi - Wellness Wednesdays!” We are so proud so be able to say that we have just passed our 128th complementary session of distant Reiki, making it the two-and-a-half-year mark of our healing time together since the onset back in very beginning of March 2020 to present.

It certainly has not been without some bumps and bruises along the way and coming up with new creative new ways of doing things. But all in all, reiki has proven to be a means of great connection and a gift that I have enjoyed sharing during our weekly sessions of clearing, releasing, refreshing & renewing one’s mind, body, spirit, and emotions, and energies, and It’s good for the soul, and the world at large as well.

I plan on continuing “Wellness Wednesdays” for as long as I can, and I continue to have the time to devote to it, and the recipients are still enjoying its benefits and people feel that there is a need. And now we have new threating challenges in the world, so, I feel that Reiki will always be needed until we can all come together and put our egos and swords aside and realize that are one race, human on one planet, Earth which his all of our home, not just few select.
