Karuna Distant Reiki is just as relaxing as in-person, but, offers no contact during this time of social distancing that we are all currently experiencing.

We start each session with a quick phone call to see what has been going on for your during your week and what areas are in need of clearing & balancing.
~
We end the session with a follow-up text | email to see how you are feeling, and to remind you to be kind & gentle with yourself after your deep cleansing, as the new higher energies need to be incorporated into your newly cleansed energy field.

while assessing which energetic areas you would like to work on, and if any areas in particular that need more clearing.

Then we transition into some deep breathing exercises as we begin your 60+ min. Whole Body Karuna Angel Infused Reiki Session.

I start by setting up my studio, and gently smudging our Reiki area.
